Minimum Orders:
-The minimum initial order amount for a new account is $200
-The minimum re-order for an existing account is $100
Credit Policy:
-All accounts will be extended Net30
and shipped after three credit references, and a bank reference have
answered credit inquiries. May we
suggest you submit five or six credit references and a bank reference to
speed up the credit investigation.
Freight:
-Ship dates average one to three weeks. Size of order, time of year, and
complexity can affect ship dates. All Aurora Glass orders are shipped via
UPS ground, unless otherwise requested. Expect delivery in 2 to 7 days from
the date of shipping if by regular UPS ground.
-A minimal handling fee of $2.00 is included with the shipping charge.
Returns:
-Written Returned Goods Authorizations (RGA’s) must be requested by customer
and authorized by Aurora Glass, via phone, prior to the return of product.
Customer must supply original purchase order number and a copy of the
invoice from Aurora Glass.
-Orders over sixty days old will not be accepted for RGA or restocking.
-A minimum restocking fee of 25% will be charged on all product which is
returned in its original condition. Marred or damaged product will not be
accepted for restocking.
-Defective products returned according to the policies stated herein and
shipped within 35 days will automatically void their portion of original
invoice.
Interest Fees:
-Invoices are mailed at the time products are shipped. Accounts over 30 days
from the date of invoice will be assessed a 1.8% monthly fee. Accounts over
90 days will be placed on C.O.D.
Limited Warranty
-Aurora Glass warranty conditions are limited to the following, whether
express or implied: One year warranty on defects in materials or workmanship
effective as of Aurora Glass invoice date. Aurora Glass is not liable for
labor or other costs relating to the sale, installation, use or replacement
of its product of for any damage caused by heavy impact, abuse, or
mishandling. Aurora Glass is not responsible for damage caused by paint
thinners, strippers, chemicals or construction adhesives which may come in
contact with hardware.
Advertising Allowance:
Aurora Glass offers a 10% accumulative advertising allowance on the
following basis:
1. Advertising must be placed in a catalog, newspaper or billing mailer.
2. The 10% accumulative allowance is based on net purchases of merchandise
during the calendar year. The deadline to submit claims for the advertising
allowance is February 28th of the year following the advertising claim.
Proof of advertising must accompany the claim. Advertisements must be
approved in advance by the National Sales Manager.
3. The “Aurora Glass” name and a picture of the product must appear in the
advertisement in order to qualify for the 10% advertising allowance.
4. The advertising allowance cannot be deducted from the invoice (DFI)
unless approved in advance and in writing by the National Sales Manager.
Seasonal Promotions:
-Aurora Glass will, on occasion, offer
seasonal promotions to it’s customers. Aurora Glass will notify all
representatives in advance and supply them with all necessary support
materials.
